How do I sign up for an Evolve Retreat?
Choose one of the scheduled dates on the individual retreat pages.

What activities are included as part of these packages?
Our packages include (see retreats page) a bespoke Nutritional and Fitness plan, Yoga, Pilates, Krav Maga, Charka, Meditation, Hikes, Cycling, Massage (Thai, Swedish and more), Cross Training, Guest Speakers, Excursions etc. All packages include healthy cuisine prepared onsite by a qualified Chef (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Aftercare and follow up support
Our linked Nutritional provider will provide an initial assessment & bespoke dietary plan (Menopause retreat) which will take place on your first or second day of arrival. You will then have access to an additional 3 online follow up sessions when you return home. This will help you to stay on track, to talk through any progress or difficulties you are having, and to make amendments to these plans that you would wish to see. We work in collaboration with a wide range of UK based professional (see home page) who can also offer specialized support both online and in person should you require any additional help back home.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the services I received?
Evolve is committed to providing an accessible, fair, and effective means for service users and employees to express their views about our services. Concerns and complaints matter to us because they tell us about the quality or care that we deliver. We aim to manage concerns and complaints through our complaint’s procedure or local resolution. Evolve is committed to ensuring that people who raise a concern or complaint will not face any prejudice or discrimination. We wish to assure our clients that in making a complaint it will in no way affect their eligibility for, nor impact on their rights to current or future treatments. We take ANY complaints about our work, staff, and levels of service very seriously. If you are not satisfied, please follow the process for raising a concern or formal complaint.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your interest in our retreat services and are committed to providing all participants with a seamless and enjoyable experience. To ensure the efficient planning and execution of our retreats, we have implemented a deposit fee policy. The deposit fee is non-refundable in the event that a client does not attend, as it covers essential costs associated with staffing and other planning-related expenses. This policy is in place to uphold the quality of our retreats and maintain the integrity of our planning processes.
Unforeseen Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, particularly in the case of medical emergencies. If a client cannot attend due to a medical emergency, we encourage them to contact us with appropriate documentation. In such cases, we will conduct a thorough review and consider refund options on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be understanding and supportive in situations beyond the client’s control.
What happens if we cancel the retreat due to lack of interest?
In the unlikely event that a retreat is cancelled due to a lack of interest, we will promptly communicate this to all registered participants. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund, including the deposit fee. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our policies, ensuring our clients have a positive and reliable experience with our retreat services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Airport Transfers
We look welcome to joining us at our wonderful destination! While airport transfers are not included, we’ve partnered with a trusted taxi service to ensure a smooth journey from Granada or Malaga airport to our location. The same convenient arrangements are in place for your departure.

Car Rentals
For those who crave spontaneity and are eager to explore the beauty of Granada, you’ll find reputable car rental companies like Goldcar, OK, Hertz, Record Go, and Sixt conveniently located at both airports. Just remember to bring your driver’s license for a seamless experience, leaving you free to discover this region’s enchanting offerings!

Dear valued clients, we care about your well-being! Before embarking on your journey, we advise you to consider securing health insurance coverage to ensure peace of mind in case of unexpected illness or medical needs during your stay. You can purchase this insurance through your trusted travel agency, bank, or post office. Safe travels, and may your adventures be worry-free!
